About the role
This opportunity sits within a major Saudi Arabian programme that brings together mixed-use development, sports, entertainment, arts, and the supporting infrastructure needed to deliver it. The position is part of a delivery team working across a large-scale project environment where strong information control is essential.
The organisation combines construction capability with consultancy expertise, aiming to help projects and people achieve more. It places emphasis on clear values, responsible delivery, and collaboration across integrated teams through every project stage.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will help maintain robust information management standards on client-facing projects and support project teams in using information correctly and consistently. You will also contribute to the quality, governance, and accessibility of project documentation and digital records.
- Apply information management processes and standards, including ISO 19650, to support compliant delivery.
- Guide colleagues on information management practices so project information remains easy to access and accurate across programmes.
- Check documents and related artefacts for quality, ensuring they meet governance and assurance expectations.
- Assist in establishing, rolling out, and improving the Common Data Environment to strengthen project delivery.
- Coordinate work to meet agreed goals while supporting team performance, development, and coaching.
- Work with the Digital Centre of Excellence and support the net zero carbon agenda through proactive emissions management.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should bring practical experience in information management within project or programme settings, along with a solid understanding of document structures, conventions, and ISO 19650 principles. Technical training or certification in information management is expected, and familiarity with common document management tools is important.
- Previous experience handling information management for projects and programmes.
- Working knowledge of information architecture, naming conventions, and ISO 19650 standards.
- Relevant technical qualification or certification, such as APM IM or an equivalent credential.
- Hands-on experience with IM platforms such as Aconex and SharePoint, or similar systems.
Values and working approach
The organisation’s culture is built around safety, client commitment, integrity, and creating opportunities for people to grow. It aims to maintain a safe and inclusive workplace, deliver high-quality outcomes, act in line with compliance responsibilities, and encourage continuous improvement.
Additional information
The employer is an inclusive organisation and encourages applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds. Applicants who do not meet every listed criterion are still encouraged to apply, as they may be suitable for this position or another opportunity within the business.
There is openness to discussing part-time, flexible, and hybrid working arrangements where these can work for the role.
