About the role
This position sits on a major programme in Saudi Arabia and involves supporting the delivery of a large mixed-use development. The scheme includes sports venues, entertainment, arts facilities, and the associated infrastructure. The role is centered on leading programme delivery under FIDIC conditions, with a strong emphasis on contractual discipline, fair judgement, and clear stakeholder communication.
Core purpose

Key responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee FIDIC contract administration and ensure all technical and commercial obligations are met. You will examine contractor documents such as submissions, schedules, method statements, and technical materials, then issue approved instructions where needed. You will also certify payments, review variations, and help maintain cost and programme control. A major part of the role is to stay objective in all assessments, monitor workmanship against contractual requirements, address disagreements early through clear communication, and evaluate claims and disputes in a fair and collaborative manner.
