Role Overview
Dutco Construction is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support its MEP projects team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an on-site role, and candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
Requirements
- Bring 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Document Controller with an MEP or construction contractor in the UAE or wider GCC region.
- Have practical experience using EDMS tools such as Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or similar systems.
- Understand document workflows related to transmittals, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals.
- Be comfortable working with MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Demonstrate strong coordination abilities, excellent organization, and a sharp eye for detail.
- Communicate well in English, both in writing and speaking.
- Be available for immediate joining, with NOC or a cancelled visa preferred.
