Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate actively within a team that promotes culinary excellence and financial success
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen utensils thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish room and related equipment
- Ensure the kitchen meets safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards as required by regulation
- Contribute to a safe, professional, and upbeat environment that supports sales and service achievements
Requirements and Physical Demands
- Regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Frequently perform physical activities including bending, stooping, and kneeling
- Stand throughout the duration of shifts as needed
- Safely operate or handle equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and other kitchen tools
- Work scheduled shifts established according to business needs
Additional Information
Compensation ranges from $17.00 per hour (or minimum wage) up to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience, knowledge, skill set, location, and budget considerations.
