Role Overview

Join us to help build the future of banking through innovative digital solutions. We seek a committed DevOps Engineer to lead the administration and lifecycle management of our DevOps tooling landscape, including Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Nexus, Jenkins, Ansible Automation Platform, and SonarQube. Your role will ensure these tools remain secure, reliable, updated, and compliant with regulatory and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee administration and upkeep of DevOps technologies, guaranteeing system availability and robust performance.
  • Plan and implement system upgrades and security patches to prevent vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure full adherence to security protocols and compliance mandates, maintaining readiness for audits.
  • Create and maintain automation scripts facilitating configuration, deployment, and monitoring tasks.
  • Enhance tool efficiency and streamline workflows to boost developer productivity and operational effectiveness.
  • Establish proactive monitoring and alerts to promptly identify and resolve issues affecting tool integration, performance, or access.
  • Document configuration procedures, upgrade processes, and compliance standards thoroughly.
  • Lead training and knowledge sharing sessions for development and operations teams.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • At least 10 years of practical experience in DevOps engineering and tool administration.
  • Deep expertise with Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Nexus Repository Manager, Jenkins CI/CD, Ansible, and SonarQube.
  • Experience managing tool upgrades, security compliance, and non-vulnerable software versions.
  • Strong understanding of continuous integration/delivery pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation principles.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, and Groovy and familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
  • DevOps or Red Hat certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP, preferred.
