Cyber Security Architect

Role Overview

The position involves designing and implementing robust security architectures within enterprise environments, emphasizing cloud and network security, identity and access management, data and application protection, and advanced security operations.

Technical Expertise Required

• In-depth knowledge of cloud security platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Expertise in network security measures and segmentation strategies to safeguard enterprise assets.
• Proficiency with Identity and Access Management systems including Privileged Access Management and Single Sign-On technologies.
• Skills in data protection through encryption and overall data security methodologies.
• Experience securing applications, APIs, and microservices effectively.
• Understanding and handling of containerization technologies including Kubernetes and implementation of DevSecOps practices.
• Familiarity with security monitoring and response technologies like SIEM, SOAR, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Extended Detection and Response (XDR).

Architectural Capabilities

• Track record of creating enterprise-wide security architectures.
• Competence in producing detailed design documentation including both high-level and low-level architectural diagrams and patterns.
• Strong grasp of threat modeling approaches and methods for evaluating security risks.

Experience Requirements

• Between 8 to 15 years of total experience in information security.
• At least 3 to 5 years dedicated to roles involving security architecture.
• Exposure to working within large-scale, multi-cloud, or intricate enterprise settings.

Education and Eligibility

Applicants should possess a Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering degree in any discipline.
