Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you will be involved in preparing real food by hand daily, with training available for various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. This role demands exceptional customer service skills to help maintain the welcoming atmosphere customers expect, whether you have prior experience or are new to this industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food products by hand at different stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
• Deliver outstanding customer service that contributes to a friendly and engaging environment
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations
• Attend and complete provided training to develop skills across multiple work areas

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old
• Positive, enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for customer service and teamwork
• Eagerness to learn cooking and restaurant operations extensively
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base pay range between $14.00 and $15.00 per hour, plus eligibility for digital tips
