About the Role
Facilities Management is seeking to hire a Cleaner in Charge to maintain cleanliness and perform related duties at Castleton Community Centre and Library in Castleton. The role requires working 35 hours weekly with shifts Monday to Friday from 7:15 AM to 9:00 AM (except Thursdays start at 7:45 AM), evenings from 5:15 PM to 9:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Approved holiday leave is provided throughout the year. Working hours may be adjusted according to service needs, and overtime might occasionally be required with appropriate compensation.

- Communicate clearly and positively with all community centre members.
- Understand health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Ensure site security and safety, including record keeping and completion of compliance activities.
