About the Role

Join Doxis as a passionate sales professional ready to elevate your career in SaaS sales. As a vital member of the Business Development Team, you will drive interest in Doxis's leading ECM software by generating qualified and impactful leads. Supported by the Head of Business Development and local Account Managers, you'll benefit from strategic guidance and personalized coaching to sharpen your expertise.

Within 12 to 24 months, you'll have the opportunity to advance into roles such as Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Marketing Specialist, leveraging your sales and ECM proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify potential sales leads.
• Perform thorough market research to identify and target appropriate contacts.
• Convert potential leads into tangible sales opportunities and engage prospective customers effectively.
• Arrange consultation appointments between prospects and the sales team using multiple communication channels.
• Initiate and sustain new customer relationships with a long-term perspective.
• Continuously update and expand customer data within Salesforce CRM.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A highly motivated individual with persistence and a desire to pursue a fast-tracked career.
• Holder of a bachelor's degree in business administration or possessing equivalent qualifications.
• Confident and resilient, comfortable with cold calling potential clients.
• Prior experience in developing new B2B business partnerships, preferably within the software sector.
• Strong persuasive communication abilities to effectively engage with executives and sales colleagues.
• Self-driven with ambition to achieve personal success through individual performance.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
