Role Overview

We seek a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join our expanding international team from Dubai. The role demands strong communication skills to engage potential clients, generate leads, assess business needs, pitch digital marketing services, and close sales. It offers a blend of remote work flexibility combined with a fixed salary plus an attractive commission scheme.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business by performing outbound and inbound sales tasks.
• Locate and research prospective clients in India, UAE, and other global markets.
• Engage prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, networking, and related platforms.
• Understand customer needs to recommend appropriate digital marketing solutions.
• Present offerings such as SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media marketing, performance marketing, web development, influencer marketing, and more.
• Conduct discovery calls, sales meetings, and online demonstrations.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, and service presentations.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture sales pipelines.
• Foster durable client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and service teams to streamline client onboarding.
• Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Keep detailed records of leads, discussions, and sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition preferred.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, client management, and presentation capabilities.
• Understanding of digital marketing services and ability to clearly explain them.
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely.
• Skilled in follow-up strategies and building client rapport.
• Familiarity with CRM, LinkedIn, email outreach, or sales automation tools is beneficial.
• Experience with international sales or UAE/GCC markets is advantageous.
