Job Overview
Join Latinem India as a BIM Architect within our Interior Design Studio. Latinem serves as the Global Capability Centre for a major real estate group based in the Middle East, focused on driving growth and innovation. We are seeking a detail-oriented architect to contribute to the preparation and delivery of detailed design and construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed design (DD) and issue-for-construction (IFC) drawings and details that accurately represent the design intent as guided by team leads.
- Ensure high-quality outputs by acquiring necessary technical expertise from leadership.
- Coordinate effectively with various disciplines including Architecture, Structural, MEP, and Landscape as directed.
- Translate design concepts into comprehensive working details and maintain productivity on assigned tasks.
- Communicate any productivity issues promptly to team leads and work towards timely delivery or adjust deadlines accordingly.
- Participate in internal weekly progress meetings organized by team leads.
- Acquire thorough familiarity with standard details and SOBHA standards relevant to projects.
- Maintain basic understanding of local codes and authority regulations in coordination with team leads.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Proficient in Revit/BIM, CAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
