Theobroma Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a beloved patisserie and café brand with multiple outlets across Haridwar and Dehradun. We are currently looking to expand our team with enthusiastic Associates who are passionate about hospitality and desserts.

Job Description

We seek team members to deliver exceptional customer service and assist in the smooth functioning of our cafés and stores. Candidates are expected to maintain high hygiene standards, showcase excellent product presentation, and contribute towards achieving overall store goals.

Interview Process

Walk-in interviews are scheduled from 11th to 13th August 2026 between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM at our Dehradun location: 15A, Opposite Rajpur Rd, Gandhi Park, Chukkuwala, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001.

Essential Eligibility

• Minimum one year of experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) is mandatory.
• Prior work experience with notable QSR brands such as Domino's, KFC, Burger Singh, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Subway, Wow! Momo, or equivalent is required.

• Provide warm and friendly service to customers to enhance their experience.
• Support daily operations of the café or store environment effectively.
• Maintain superior hygiene and ensure that product presentation meets company standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store objectives.
