Architect / Project Architect

About the Role

A well-established and expanding architectural practice in Kildare is looking for a skilled RIAI or RIBA registered Architect to join their team. This role offers an excellent chance for an experienced Architect to manage projects independently from initial concept through to final completion across a broad spectrum of high-quality developments. It is particularly suited for professionals residing in Kildare, the Midlands, or nearby areas aiming to minimize their commute.

Responsibilities

As the Architect / Project Architect, you will take charge of projects throughout every phase of design and execution. You will ensure client expectations are fulfilled while adhering to up-to-date regulations and best practices within the industry. Current project types include Residential, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Retail, and Fit-out developments.

Key Requirements

• Professional registration with RIAI or RIBA
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in architecture
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects from inception to completion on site
• Experience in residential and/or healthcare sectors is highly preferred
• Strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD software
• Excellent design capabilities combined with technical expertise
• Comprehensive knowledge of Irish building regulations and industry standards
• Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Commercial insight and adept problem-solving ability
• Must be fully authorized to work in Ireland

Salary and Benefits
