About the Role
A prominent multinational corporation seeks an AI Research Scientist specialized in sustainable HVAC systems. This position involves pioneering AI-driven advancements to enhance comfort, wellbeing, and indoor air quality within built environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead innovative AI initiatives focused on sustainable heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions.
- Collaborate closely with various business units to support sustainability projects and contribute to long-term product strategy formulation.
- Oversee the complete AI solution lifecycle, encompassing data acquisition, algorithm development, prototype creation, and deployment of user-centric features.
- Design and conduct experiments and build prototypes to test and validate hypotheses and practical ideas with measurable impact.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, maintain partnerships, and facilitate innovation processes including research collaborations and project assessments.
Candidate Requirements
- PhD in a relevant discipline with a strong focus on AI methodologies and research.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI and machine learning techniques applicable to time-series data analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
- Extensive publication record in leading AI academic conferences or journals.
- Proficient in leveraging Generative AI and large language models (LLMs) to accelerate research and development efforts.
- Proven experience in delivering end-to-end AI applications, from concept through to operational deployment.
- Exhibits an innovative mindset, strong collaborative skills, and adaptability to work effectively in evolving, fast-paced environments.
