The 2027 School Leaver Program provides hands-on experience in multiple areas including:
- Frontline Services: Assisting Australians with tax and superannuation matters by handling enquiries, offering guidance, and maintaining records.
- Administration: Supporting business operations through tasks such as record management, engaging stakeholders, preparing documentation, and reporting.
- IT: Providing technical support, participating in digital projects, and contributing to the delivery of modern services for Australians.
The program encourages working alongside seasoned professionals with mentoring and on-the-job training to enhance skills and networks.

Achievements & Progression
- Completion leads to promotion to APS 2 classification.
- Salary advancement to $66,274 plus 15.4% super with potential earnings up to $73,452 plus 15.4% super as an APS 2 Officer.
- Attainment of a nationally recognised Certificate III in IT or Business.

Eligibility Criteria
