Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and deploying teacher and school leader training modules.
- Organize training logistics such as session scheduling, preparation of educational materials, and communication with participants.
- Research effective educational and training practices to strengthen program outcomes.
- Help evaluate training effectiveness to identify successes and areas for development.
- Work alongside cross-functional units to align training activities with organizational objectives.
- Manage administrative tasks including data handling and program reporting.
- Engage with educators, parents, and students to collect constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must be able to work remotely, available to begin between August 7, 2026, and September 11, 2026, committed to a 3-month engagement, and possess the relevant skills and interest for this role.
Additional Details
Stipend: 10,000 to 15,000 INR per month.
