Balloon Blushh Events & Blushing Bells Events - Mumbai-based specialists in event design and production focusing on weddings and parties - are seeking a dedicated Client Servicing & Design Executive intern. This role requires ownership of the full project lifecycle, from initial client consultation through to on-site implementation.
Responsibilities
- Comprehend client briefs, budget constraints, and overarching event visions.
- Conceptualize and develop innovative themes and design ideas for weddings and events.
- Prepare client presentations, mood boards, and detailed design decks.
- Create comprehensive sheets detailing décor elements and design references.
- Work on spatial arrangements, layouts, and foundational technical drawings.
- Manage design revisions collaboratively, responding to client feedback.
- Maintain consistent communication and relationship management with clients.
- Coordinate effectively with internal designers, production teams, and external vendors.
- Transform approved creative concepts into actionable décor plans.
- Ensure timelines, deliverables, and production needs are tracked and met.
- Participate actively in site inspections, event setup, and live execution phases.
- Oversee styling details to guarantee final output aligns perfectly with approved designs.
- Assume full responsibility for projects from pitch to final execution.
Required Skills and Software Proficiency
The ideal candidate should be proficient with Canva, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Familiarity with additional 3D design or presentation tools will be advantageous.
