This opportunity is based at Times Internet's Film City office in Noida, operating Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The internship spans six months and offers a monthly stipend of ₹10,000. Candidates are required to have their own laptops for the role.

Role Responsibilities
- Identify potential VIP delegates, including industry leaders, executives, and decision-makers via detailed research.
- Maintain an updated, comprehensive database containing profiles of prospective VIP delegates.
- Craft and implement strategic outreach campaigns leveraging phone, email, and social media channels to engage delegates.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with both prospective and confirmed VIP delegates.
- Act as the primary liaison ensuring delegates' requirements and expectations are addressed effectively.
- Collaborate with event management teams to facilitate delegate support and provide necessary information.
- Follow up consistently with potential delegates to confirm attendance and participation.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office commitment at the Noida location for six months starting between August 24 and September 28, 2026.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with VIP delegates.
- Demonstrate excellent research proficiency and analytical thinking.
- Be self-driven, proactive, and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
