About the Internship
Join IIDE Education Private Limited as an AI Program Coordinator Intern to help facilitate an efficient and engaging learning experience for students enrolled in AI courses. This role involves coordinating both virtual and physical classrooms, supporting trainers and students, and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) with up-to-date course materials and records.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage classroom setups online and offline to enable smooth training sessions.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating sessions covering leading AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, and Perplexity, among others.
- Manage trainer availability and schedules using Google Calendar effectively.
- Supervise and update content, assignments, and student progress within the LMS platform.
- Keep trainers and students informed about program updates, deadlines, and schedules.
- Support the management of AI-centric events including workshops, hackathons, and practical labs.
- Ensure all program activities follow the prescribed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor compliance with academic and operational protocols to deliver a consistent educational experience.
- Assist with moderation of final evaluations and oversee issuance of certificates and mark sheets.
- Coordinate data uploads and certificate generation through the MESC portal.
