Test PSI strength of aluminum core tube to specified quality standards. Grind top edges of the tubes to ensure the caps fit on the tubes, clean, assembly two core tubes and cap with axiom, then place in oven to cure axiom that form into a shock absorber. Inspect measurements with calipers and measure perpendicularity to quality specifications. Package and prepare for shipment.

Read the bill of material from the work order for components pulled correctly for assembly. Assemble parts according to blueprint, inspect for functionality, and bring complete part to quality for 1st piece inspection. Laser etch parts by selecting correct computer program, make adjustments if necessary for correct number and placement on part. Package, label and inform shipping for distribution

Acquire dispatch sheet for production required for daily completion. Make copies of bill of material, set up production materials for packaging, clean and inspection materials, package, confirm completion of packaging in computer.

Set up machine according to work order. Gather any calipers, gauges, and parts for production; compare to Bill of Materials. Run a first piece, assembly, and inspect product measurements and gauging to blueprint specifications and functionality. Communicate with Quality Control approval. Maintain hourly quality checks.
