The Law Society

the law society council comprises of 120 members of the legal profession. some represent geographical areas and others organisations that represent specific sections of interest. they are all volunteers rather than employees. they are elected to their seats either by their geographical constituents or their representative bodies. the council is also supported by diverse committees which consider issues which may effect the profession. the committees include council members and non-council members.
