here at masafina, our mission is to bring the best of mexican ingredients and flavours to the uk in the most sustainable way. treating people and the planet with love and respect is baked into everything we do. we are a small (but mighty) start-up and have set the right foundations from the very beginning of our journey to keep sustainability and responsibility baked into everything we do. when authentic ingredients and generations-old recipes come together, magic happens. our food is freshly prepared in our masa mill in north acton, london (also known as the tortilleria) using cooking techniques we learnt while we were travelling through different regions of méxico where these methods have been passed down through the generations. we now make our own fresh heritage corn tortillas and salsas using only responsibly sourced ingredients and practices, preserving and honouring the richness of mexican cuisine.
