Role Summary

As a Python Software Developer, you will take part in the full software development lifecycle, starting from understanding requirements and continuing through deployment. You will work closely with teams across functions to create solutions aligned with client expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reliable Python-based applications.
• Work hands-on with Elasticsearch and ETL frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and release new functionality.
• Provide support and technical direction to junior team members.
• Maintain high code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks and improve application speed and scalability.
• Keep track of new technologies and changes in the industry.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Python development, with strong Core Python knowledge.
• Prior exposure to senior or lead developer responsibilities is expected.
• Good understanding of development best practices, design patterns, and quality standards.
• Experience with Django or Flask will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
