Master Trainer

About the Role

Delhi Public School Indirapuram is seeking a Master Trainer responsible for elevating the teaching standards of school educators in Robotics, Electronics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Computer-Aided Design (CAD). This role involves not only conducting comprehensive training sessions but also providing continuous support to schools to ensure sustained teaching excellence post-training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured teacher training programs aimed at enhancing classroom and laboratory teaching efficacy.
• Prepare practical training resources including guides, slide decks, assignments, and follow-up tasks for teachers to directly utilize.
• Create and administer assessments to evaluate teacher preparedness and certify them against established standards.
• Act as the ongoing support liaison for assigned schools, conducting regular check-ins and assisting educators in continuous improvement.
• Facilitate workshops that foster teacher confidence in pedagogical approaches and technical execution related to Robotics, Electronics, and CAD design.
• Establish an ongoing upskilling framework comprising learning activities, challenges, and progress follow-ups.
• Monitor teacher development through assessments, collected evidence, and feedback mechanisms, supporting enhancements over time.
• Maintain and update training materials aligned with emerging AI trends and relevant educational applications, integrating these advancements into classroom instruction.
• Guide teachers on classroom management strategies, student engagement, standardized teaching routines, and project-based learning methodologies.
• Design scalable reporting and audit systems to consistently oversee teaching quality across multiple schools.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven track record in training educators or facilitators, supported by documented programs, workshops, or measurable outcomes.
• Excellent adult teaching skills with the capability to conduct well-structured workshops.
• Experience in developing educational content such as training guides and assessment tools.
• In-depth understanding of effective pedagogy and classroom management tactics.
• Strong expertise in school-level Robotics, Electronics, and CAD design subjects.
• Robust knowledge of AI technologies and their applications within educational contexts.

Eligibility

Open to candidates holding a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in any specialization.
