Maintenance Associate - Overnight Shift

Position Summary

The Maintenance Associate working the overnight shift plays a key role in ensuring that the Walmart Supercenter in De Pere, WI, maintains an inviting and safe environment. This role is responsible for cleaning and upkeep across the entire store, including parking lots, restrooms, and receiving areas, to guarantee exceptional first and last impressions for customers.

Compensation Details

• Hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27, with actual rates meeting or exceeding the location's applicable minimum wage.
• Additional earnings include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Premium pay may be offered, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on factors such as schedule, facility, seasonality, or specific tasks undertaken. Multiple premiums may apply simultaneously when criteria are met.
