Housekeeper

Job Description

Join our team as a Housekeeper, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and designated areas, ensuring a comfortable experience for all visitors.

Key Duties

• Perform daily cleaning and servicing of guest rooms following hotel quality standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, and refresh towels and amenities consistently.
• Thoroughly dust, vacuum, mop floors, and disinfect bathrooms to maintain hygiene.
• Restock guest essentials such as toiletries, coffee/tea supplies, and minibar items as necessary.
• Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding maintenance issues, damages, or missing articles.
• Comply with hotel protocols for lost and found items.
• Use cleaning chemicals and tools safely and properly.
• Keep corridors, pantries, and specific public areas clean and tidy.
• Honor guest privacy requests and observe “do not disturb” notices.
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Offer respectful and professional service in all guest interactions.
• Carry out deep cleaning activities when required to ensure exceptional standards.
