Key Responsibilities

• Input diverse data accurately and efficiently into our digital systems and databases from multiple sources.
• Confirm data completeness and correctness by cross-referencing with original documents.
• Maintain and update existing databases to ensure all information remains current and precise.
• Prepare reports, archive finished work in their designated locations, and conduct backup operations.
• Perform document scanning and printing tasks as required.
• Adhere strictly to protocols safeguarding data privacy and security.
• Provide support with data-centric administrative tasks to project teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable previous experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
• High typing speed complemented by exceptional accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work autonomously with effective time management to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred but Not Mandatory

• Background in construction or engineering sectors.
• Familiarity with project management or construction-related software tools.

Compensation and Benefits
