Role Overview
The Change Management Analyst will facilitate user and stakeholder adoption of new social service systems, focusing on case management platforms as organizations transition away from legacy systems. The role involves employing structured change management methodologies to drive organizational transformation.
Work Arrangement
This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring attendance at a client or Cognizant office 3 to 4 days per week. We support a balanced work-life environment through various wellness programs, regardless of work setup.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Lead initiatives to increase user adoption and manage resistance among stakeholders during system transitions.
- Develop and execute communication strategies tailored for different audience segments to effectively convey change messages.
- Design or coordinate training sessions, user enablement activities, and prepare supporting documentation.
- Apply strong knowledge of structured change management principles and industry best practices.
Additional Skills and Experience
- Experience managing large-scale system implementations or transformation projects.
- Familiarity with public sector operations and environments.
- Collaborative approach in working alongside product, technical, business, and training teams.
- Competence in evaluating change impacts and creating focused mitigation strategies.
