Job Overview
We are looking for Telecom Engineers to handle customer service requests and execute new installations of various telecom systems in Mumbai City. This role primarily involves dealing with Panasonic PBX, Matrix PBX, NEC PBX, and other telecom equipment to maintain optimal communication services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve field customer complaints related to telecom services and PBX systems.
- Install new Panasonic, Matrix, and NEC PBX systems along with related telecommunications equipment.
- Ensure smooth functioning of telecommunications installations and address any technical issues promptly.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from INR 26,000 to INR 28,000.
