Role Overview

As a Technician III in the Quality Control Microbiology Laboratory, you will manage routine and specialized microbiological testing to support production processes. Your contributions ensure product safety and regulatory compliance at our Tuas manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and special microbiology tests for product bioburden, water, in-process samples, environmental monitoring, growth promotion tests, and plate reading.
• Analyze and report microbiology test results and trends promptly, notifying area owners of abnormal findings.
• Perform periodic assessments of microbiology-related programs such as environmental monitoring, utilities, and product/raw material surveillance.
• Assist in investigations related to Microbiology Out-Of-Specification (OOS) events.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant documentation as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support project implementations and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) activities as assigned.
• Execute other tasks delegated by supervisors to meet business needs.

Qualifications & Work Conditions

• Possess a diploma in Microbiology, Medical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Willing and able to work during standard office hours.
