Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer passionate about crafting impactful, user-centered product experiences. This position involves close collaboration with diverse teams to address genuine user needs and deliver refined, scalable designs in a dynamic, fast-growing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive design processes for primary product projects from start to finish.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute design tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on challenges and solutions.
• Base product design decisions on user insights, data analysis, and design best practices.
• Create intuitive and scalable user interfaces and experiences with strong UX and UI principles.
• Support and advance our design system and streamline internal design workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating UX and UI work on web and mobile platforms.
• Proven ability to operate in dynamic settings with changing priorities and multiple collaborators.
• Strong ownership mentality and responsibility for product quality and outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills across multifunctional groups.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and experience maintaining design systems.
• Essential experience in fintech or business-to-business product design.
