Senior Director - Development (Security)

Overview

This leadership role involves guiding multidisciplinary teams to ensure the effective planning and execution of security development projects, delivering innovative, compliant solutions aligned with Qiddiya's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage security development initiatives ensuring consistency with Qiddiya Investment Company's strategic objectives.
• Work closely with internal departments and external partners such as operators, contractors, consultants, and governmental bodies to guarantee successful project completion.
• Ensure all development activities comply with local laws, zoning regulations, and environmental policies.
• Track project timelines and financials, implement strategies for risk mitigation and cost control.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including community representatives, investors, and collaborators.
• Communicate effectively, with fluency in English and Arabic considered a significant advantage.
• Lead and nurture a development team to promote a culture of teamwork and creativity.
• Prepare detailed project documentation and present updates to senior leadership and the board.
• Keep updated on industry advancements, technologies, and methodologies to foster innovation.
• Oversee the projects team throughout delivery, ensuring construction aligns fully with approved designs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Credentials in program or portfolio management are highly valued.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience relevant to security asset development within Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
