Senior AI Software Engineer (Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to join our client on a full-time remote basis. This role focuses on designing innovative datasets for the training, benchmarking, and advancement of large language models (LLMs). The candidate will work closely with researchers to curate and refine code samples across several programming languages, ensuring high-quality AI-generated solutions.

Key Duties

• Create, build, and correct code snippets in Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
• Assess and enhance AI-generated code to improve efficiency, scalability, and robustness.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to improve AI-driven software coding solutions aligned with industry standards.
• Develop autonomous agents for code quality verification and error pattern detection.
• Form hypotheses regarding steps in software engineering cycles and evaluate model performance accordingly.

Qualification Expectations

• Several years of experience in software engineering, with at least two years at a leading product-focused organization.
• Advanced competence in full-stack application development.
• Expertise in Python and JavaScript frameworks, specifically ReactJS.
• Solid skills in C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go programming languages.
• Capability to architect verification systems tailored to software engineering processes.
