Overview

This opportunity is for a Reporting Analyst based in the United Kingdom and is handled by a partner company that oversees all applications and subsequent hiring steps. You will help make sure reporting environments are accurate, dependable, and easy to use so they can support critical product and business decisions. Working alongside analysts, product teams, and other stakeholders, you will turn business needs into clear reporting solutions and actionable insights. The position blends practical technical work in SQL and BI platforms with cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving. You will also contribute to building and improving dashboards that monitor performance and operational metrics, where strong data integrity and clear reporting have a direct effect on decision-making across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

Keep reporting outputs dependable by checking data accuracy, developing dashboards, and supporting analytical needs across the business.
Review datasets and reports regularly to confirm they are complete, consistent, and correct.
Create, update, and improve automated reports and dashboards that track product and business KPIs, using BI tools such as Tableau.
Trace and fix inconsistencies across extraction, transformation, and reporting layers in data pipelines.
Work with analysts and stakeholders to understand needs and ensure business metrics are interpreted correctly.
Continuously refine reporting processes and dashboard performance to improve efficiency and ease of use.

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of experience using BI and data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
Strong SQL capability, including MySQL and PostgreSQL, with experience creating complex analytical queries.
Ability to convert business questions into structured analytical and reporting solutions.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking with a focus on data quality.
Experience working with stakeholders on requirements gathering, solution design, and insight presentation.
Comfort working independently and handling reporting responsibilities end to end in a fast-moving environment.
Good English communication skills at Pre-Intermediate level or above.
