Key Responsibilities

• Offer a warm welcome and assist guests utilizing the hotel's pool and fitness amenities.
• Handle guest registrations and keep detailed recreation records.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of pool, fitness, and recreational areas.
• Arrange poolside furniture, cabanas, towels, and other guest-related amenities.
• Monitor inventory and equipment; promptly report maintenance or housekeeping needs.
• Address guest requests, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Notify supervisors about any incidents, accidents, or safety issues.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Laundry, and other departments for seamless operations.
• Promote various hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Carry out opening, closing, and other tasks assigned by the Spa & Recreation team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in guest relations within a 5-star hospitality setting or health club environment.
• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
