Role Overview
The position available is for an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller specializing in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This role focuses on managing accounts receivable, medical billing, denial and claims management, collections, and payment postings within the US healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Accounts Receivable calling and follow-up related to US healthcare insurance claims.
- Manage denial resolution processes to address rejected claims effectively.
- Conduct insurance claims follow-up and payment posting to ensure accurate financial recording.
- Collaborate with US insurance providers to resolve outstanding receivables and maximize reimbursements.
- Engage in collections activities as part of revenue maximization.
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
- Familiarity with Accounts Receivable, Denial Management, Claims Adjudication, and Medical Billing.
- Proficient in interacting with US insurance companies and processes related to denied claim resolutions.
- Strong communication skills, particularly for voice processes in a US healthcare environment.
- Willingness to work US shifts onsite at the Airoli location is highly preferred.
- Any graduate academic qualification is necessary.
