Role Overview
A position for an experienced Performance Tester based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, requiring full-time onsite engagement. The role focuses exclusively on performance testing utilizing specific tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities and Experience
- Conduct performance testing primarily using JMeter with over 7 years of dedicated experience in this area.
- Perform detailed analysis including Thread Dump and Heap Dump to monitor and optimize system performance.
- Apply advanced performance engineering techniques to ensure robust system behavior under load.
Required Expertise
- Proven proficiency with JMeter and Dynatrace monitoring tools.
- Extensive knowledge in Thread Dump and Heap Dump analysis.
- Strong background in performance engineering methodologies.
Additional Knowledge (Preferred)
- Familiarity with concepts such as NFT, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Chaos Engineering is advantageous.
