Performance Tester

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester with over seven years in performance engineering, performance analysis, and application architecture. The role requires designing and executing load and performance tests using tools such as JMeter, Kafka, and Cloud platforms. Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively interact with leaders and team members across various functions.

Responsibilities and Expertise

• Lead performance testing initiatives including planning, designing, and executing tests to assess system robustness under load.
• Conduct detailed performance analysis to diagnose issues and optimize application performance.
• Architect performance testing frameworks aligned with modern microservices and RESTful architecture principles.
• Collaborate across teams using defect tracking, test management, and version control tools to ensure quality and track issues.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Extensive experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter.
• Proficiency with messaging platforms like Kafka and experience leveraging Cloud environments for testing purposes.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful web services.
• Familiar with defect tracking systems, test management solutions, and version control methodologies to maintain test artifacts and defects.
