Leasing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Leasing Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This full-time position involves managing leasing functions and tenant relations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting property operations.

Key Tasks and Duties

• Oversee day-to-day leasing activities and respond to property inquiries promptly.
• Engage and communicate with prospective tenants and clients effectively.
• Arrange property tours, handle applications, and formalize lease agreements.
• Follow up on rental leads and capitalize on leasing opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and organized tenant and leasing documentation.
• Support lease negotiations and contract renewal processes.
• Collaborate closely with property management and internal departments.
• Generate fundamental leasing reports and provide updates regularly.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Basic knowledge of leasing, property management, sales, or customer service is essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations, especially Microsoft Office tools.
• Highly organized, responsible, and customer-oriented approach.
• Motivated to learn and grow within the property industry.
• Previous experience in leasing or real estate is advantageous but not mandatory.
