GCP SRE DevOps Engineer with Terraform Expertise

Overview:

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as GCP DevOps engineers. The role demands expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure leveraging Google Cloud Platform and automating processes using Terraform and Python.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage cloud-based infrastructure hosted on Google Cloud Platform.
• Utilize Terraform as Infrastructure as Code to automate provisioning and resource management.
• Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to support automated deployments and testing.
• Develop Python scripts for tasks such as automation, orchestration, and real-time system monitoring.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and enhance performance, reliability, and security within GCP environments.
• Collaborate effectively with development and operations teams to enable smooth integration and deployment workflows.
• Adopt and enforce best practices for cloud deployment strategies, security protocols, and cost optimization.
• Document infrastructure designs, operational procedures, and workflows comprehensively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines, or equivalent experience.
• Substantial hands-on experience in DevOps roles focusing on Google Cloud Platform, Terraform, and Python programming.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or comparable platforms.
• Strong grasp of cloud security concepts, networking fundamentals, and monitoring tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills.
