Join Jovie as a Backup Nanny serving multiple families in the Burlingame, CA area. This role suits individuals who enjoy working flexibly around their schedules, including retired educators, daycare workers, babysitters, or church nursery volunteers seeking a nurturing environment smaller than a traditional classroom. The position offers the chance to care for children from infants up to toddlers, with a focus on children under two years old.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide attentive in-home child care without the requirement to transport children.
- Perform minimal household tasks limited to tidying up after activities or meals associated with child care.
- Engage children with age-appropriate, hands-on activities designed to promote development and safety based on your observations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging from $23 to $26.50.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.

- Availability for at least three weekdays with 6 to 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness to the staffing supervisor, along with a positive and friendly demeanor toward families.
