We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Estimator who will play a crucial role in the development and bidding of critical facility projects in the region. Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed and precise quantity takeoffs, prepare proposals, and develop bids.
- Create and execute bid strategies while leading bid review sessions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to solicit bids, clarify quotations, and confirm specifications.
- Analyze contract scopes and provisions, participate in pre-bid meetings, and identify critical elements essential to the bidding process.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience within the electrical construction industry.
- Proficiency using Accubid estimating software combined with knowledge of Bluebeam.
- Previous leadership experience in the electrical field is advantageous.
