As a Digital Content Editor, you will help power the expansion of global digital products across regions such as EMEA, APAC, and India. Role summary

This position supports global digital product operations by handling content workflows, contributing to product development work, and coordinating with publishing teams in different regions. Reporting to the Senior Associate Publisher for Global Product, you will work alongside editorial, production, and digital colleagues to help deliver content on time and support digital product initiatives outside the US.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist regional publishing activities across EMEA and APAC by monitoring content progress and following up with authors.
  • Support digital content operations and product development, including commissioning-related tasks in selected markets.
  • Work with editorial teams to handle agreements, contracts, and invoice processing across EMEA, APAC, India, and LATAM.
  • Coordinate with Production and Digital Production teams to keep track of content readiness for digital platforms.
  • Review regional publishing plans and plant budgets, and share content updates with Product, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Help maintain accurate and accessible global product information for internal teams.
  • Suggest improvements that can make editorial workflows and operational processes more efficient.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in professional publishing, academic publishing, or a university environment.
  • Background in digital product development.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with editorial, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • English proficiency at C2, C1, or B2 level for non-native speakers.
  • Preferred: proficiency in another language at C2, C1, or B2 level.
