Startek (Aegis Customer Support Services Pvt. Ltd.) invites applications for the role of Customer Support Associate in a semi voice process. The position is based in Kolkata and requires working from the office on a full-time basis. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Eligibility and Skills

• Applicants must be comfortable working onsite.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi communication is essential.
• A minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy is required.
• Graduates are preferred, but undergraduates may also apply.
• Both freshers and candidates with experience are encouraged to apply.

Work Details and Schedule

• Work involves rotational shifts in a 24x7 operational environment.
• Six working days per week with one rotational off day weekly.
• Each shift lasts 9 hours, including 8 working hours and a 1-hour break.

Compensation

• For freshers: Monthly CTC of ₹16,000, with an approximate in-hand salary of ₹11,240.
• For experienced candidates (minimum 1 year): Monthly CTC of ₹18,000, with an approximate in-hand salary of ₹13,163.
• Quarterly performance bonus of ₹3,192 available to eligible employees.
