Computer Scientist - Remote Contract Position

Role Overview

This role offers a flexible, remote, contract-based opportunity with competitive compensation ranging from $70 to $90 per hour, paid weekly through Stripe or Wise as an independent contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage advanced knowledge in computer science to develop rigorous, domain-specific problems that influence the advancement of cutting-edge LLMs.
• Comply with multi-step, complex instructions with high accuracy and reliable execution.
• Manage and complete an expected 4 to 6 technical tasks each week, each demanding several focused hours of high-quality work.
• Maintain clear and precise written communication in English to articulate findings and analytical reasoning.
• Operate independently managing deliverables without the need for direct supervision.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a completed PhD in Computer Science from a top-tier academic institution.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills exhibiting depth appropriate for training and evaluating advanced language models.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and technical rigor in problem set development.
• Eligibility to work as an independent contractor; please note that H-1B and STEM OPT visa holders are currently not supported.
