About the Role
Join Team Global Express in Auckland as a Compliance Systems Analyst, where you will utilize your skills in data, systems, and reporting to influence key business outcomes. This role focuses on transforming compliance, safety, and operational data into actionable insights that enhance performance and mitigate risk across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Power BI dashboards delivering reports on compliance, risk, and health & safety (H&S) metrics.
- Analyze intricate datasets to detect trends, gaps, patterns, and emerging risks.
- Develop and interpret leading and lagging indicators related to compliance and operational safety.
- Perform root cause analysis and assess the effectiveness of risk control measures.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, engaging narratives suitable for stakeholders without technical backgrounds.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within compliance and safety functions.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient in Power BI and data visualization techniques.
- Experienced in data analysis and generating insightful reports.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Capability to identify trends and convert data insights into practical actions.
- Prior experience handling operational, compliance, transport, or safety data is a plus.
