Café Supervisor

Position Overview

We are offering a permanent full-time role with day shifts only, ensuring no split shifts and a supportive, dynamic team environment. As the Café Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to guarantee smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and train café team members to maintain seamless operations.

• Accurately handle tills and financial transactions.

• Deliver excellent customer service and promptly address any concerns or complaints.

• Oversee stock control and maintain inventory levels efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years of supervisory or managerial experience in a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Proactive with a hands-on attitude toward assignments.
• Quick decision-maker demonstrating effective team leadership capabilities.
