About the Internship
This full-time, on-site internship opportunity is based in Kandivali East, Mumbai. It requires daily commuting and immediate joining. Candidates seeking remote or hybrid arrangements are not eligible.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and develop premium visual assets including graphics, reels, and digital creatives that align with the science-led brand identity across multiple company-owned brands.
- Produce visually engaging and platform-optimized content tailored for Instagram, YouTube, and essential product touchpoints, maintaining consistent quality and storytelling standards.
- Oversee multidisciplinary design functions such as graphic design, image editing, retouching, video production, 3D content generation, and product design, ensuring a unified visual expression.
- Stay informed on innovative design trends and global aesthetics, applying design thinking to enhance brand visual distinction and innovation.
- Implement and maintain structured design systems to ensure consistency in layouts, color schemes, and typography throughout all brand communications.
- Engage in creative ideation and direction for campaign visuals, crafting impactful creatives suited for digital and social media narratives.
- Collaborate across various brands relating to skincare, wellness, and jewelry, supporting diverse creative and marketing needs.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹25,000, comprising a base pay of ₹10,000-₹20,000 plus incentives between ₹2,000 and ₹5,000.
- Successful interns may receive a certificate, letter of recommendation, informal dress code, free snacks and beverages, and a job offer upon completion.
- Permanent roles post-internship transition offer an expected annual salary between ₹400,000 and ₹500,000.
