About the internship

This is a remote recruitment internship with StoryYell Private Limited for someone who is comfortable working in a goal-oriented, outreach-heavy environment. The position is suited to a proactive candidate with a sales mindset who can manage a high number of candidate interactions each day.

What you will do

Reach out to more than 100 prospective candidates every day for first-contact engagement.
Carry out preliminary screening conversations to judge candidate fit.
Find candidates through job boards, social platforms, and referral sources.
Keep candidate records, pipelines, and database entries current and organized.
Arrange interviews and coordinate schedules with hiring managers.
Create and maintain job postings across multiple platforms.

Who can apply

Compensation and perks

The stipend ranges from INR 8,000 to INR 10,000 per month. Additional benefits include a certificate and a letter of recommendation.
