Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment cycle by scheduling interviews, screening candidates, and updating open position listings.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs and workshops.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding by preparing orientation resources and conducting sessions for new employees.
- Participate in HR meetings by taking notes and helping with assembling reports and presentations.
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition initiatives.
- Collaborate on special HR projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must commit to a full-time, remote internship role with a steady availability.
- Must be able to start between August 20, 2026, and September 24, 2026.
